Working with the NCLT and Francis to purchase a condo in Berkeley, CA in 2020 was unbelievably helpful. So much paperwork and so many steps to the process were met with gentle guidance and a lot of support. Francis was available to walk us through and educate us throughout. He brought years of experience and accumulated knowledge to ensure that we did not miss anything. He navigated working with both the seller and us the buyers simultaneously with skill and ease. Francis got to know our family so that we could also have a say in making updates to the home (a bathroom remodel was needed due to damage from a water leak) within a quick timeline–it was successfully completed before we moved in. We were working on all of this at the height of Covid distancing and finally made the 100’s of required signatures at an outdoor cafe.
